PrjExcel Consulting was established in Aug 2023 with an aim to help companies deliver their projects successfully.
Our founder "Doga Ulas" has vast amount of IT project management experience that he gained over 25 years working at Coca-Cola and British American Tobacco. During all these years, he had an opportunity to work in many different functions, delivering successful projects all around the world. His calm approach and strong listening and stakeholder management skills helped to overcome many obstacles throughout all these years. He is married with a teenager daughter and lives in London since 2016. Prior to moving to the UK, he lived and worked in Turkey, South Africa and been to Malaysia, Brazil, Dubai for short term assignments.
Key Achievements
- Deployment of Sales and TM&D solution to around 40 end markets globally. In this project, we have defined the methodology, established the deployment team, defined the Data Migration Strategy, Test Management Strategy, Cutover and Hypercare strategies as well as SAP Integration approaches for hugely efficient and successful landing.
- Defining project governance framework for the readiness of Heineken UK in their transition into the global S4HANA platform
- Established the governance for Digital Transformation Programme at BAT and executed the programme helping BAT in their digital transformation
- Design, build and deployment of Global Manufacturing Execution system at BAT. End to end IT project management landing the solution to 3 key factories of BAT around the world
- Deployment of SAP HR and supporting establishment of HR Shared Services in Africa Middle East region
