Established the Heineken UK Programme Governance. This programme was aiming to prepare the UK market for the upcoming S/4HANA roll-out planned and it was crucial to understand the As-Is Tech Landscape & Processes and setup a governance & a plan to remediate legacy apps, integrate and prepare the market for smooth landing of the Global SAP Template. 

Axial Programme is major transformation programme that AZ started and it was important to establish the relevant Technology governance, Tech Design Authority as well as reporting. Axial has S/4HANA and Digital Products in the core aiming to standardise processes and technology globally. Successfully delivered the governance and executed. 

Took Deployment Lead role for Europe and Middle East region in the newly establishing programme. Worked closely with the selected partner defining the Deployment Playbook and initiated the deployment of S/4HANA with Axial's first pilot Apicom in Ireland.

Led IT Integration of CPKelco to Tate & Lyle bringing 1700 users, 350 Applications and 15 Sites into T&L and successfully exited Transition Service Agreements earlier than planned delivering cost savings to the programme.
